Our executive coaching services are provided by VerticalReach founder, Corey Matthews. Corey holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching from the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling at Concordia University Irvine graduating Summa Cum Laude. In addition to his formal training, Corey has decades of experience as an informal coach in the strategic procurement and supply chain space, as well as a mentor for supply management graduate students. Corey has also personally received over 100 hours of executive group and individual coaching as a client, giving him a unique 360° perspective of the executive coaching process. Committed to continual growth and learning, Corey is a member of the World Business and Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) through which he receives on-going training in industry best practices and methods. Corey is certified by Multi Health Systems, Inc. to administer and interpret the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Workplace and Leadership Emotional Intelligence assessments.
